Who we are

What we collect
Only what you type into the Contact and Incubator forms: name, studio or company, city, email, the link and the message you choose to send. This website sets no profiling or advertising cookies and uses no analytics. Fonts are served from this website, not from third parties.
Why, and on what basis
To answer you and, if you are a studio, to evaluate a possible collaboration with Twelve and its studios. The legal basis is the request you make by writing to us (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (art. 6(1)(a)).
Who sees it
The people at Twelve who handle the request and, when your message concerns them, the partner studios of the group. The forms are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., acting as data processor under standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to answer you and in any case no longer than 24 months from your last message, unless a collaboration follows.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, limit or object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the address on the Contact page. You can also complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
